FelixChess Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using FelixChess ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FelixChess provides tools for exploring chess games, analyzing positions, studying openings, and related features. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

We may suspend access for violations.

All content and technology provided by FelixChess, including:

• Software
• Design
• Data organization
• Features

are owned by FelixChess or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.

If you upload or submit content (e.g., PGN files), you grant FelixChess a non-exclusive license to:

• Store
• Process
• Display

this content as part of the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

FelixChess provides chess data and analysis tools, but:

• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness
• Analysis results are for informational purposes only

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FelixChess shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Abuse of the platform

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
